GC strives to minimize wastewater, waste, air pollution, and hazardous chemical emissions generated during corporate activities while addressing global environmental issues by managing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. We also pay special attention to creating a safe and healthy working environment for our employees. Lastly, we have established company-wide environment, safety, and health policies, demonstrating our commitment to Environment, Safety & Health Management.
According to the policy, GC Company operates both a decision-making organization and a working-level organization to ensure the effective implementation of EHS. Each company's EHS-dedicated organization has obtained environmental, health, and safety management system certification and manages performance beyond legal standards.

Also, we continue to develop sustainable relationships with our partners by implementing the GC Green Book, which adheres to global healthcare supply chain principles, and conducting regular supply chain evaluations.

We understand that the source of corporate competitiveness lies in compliance and ethics management, and we firmly believe that fostering a sense of integrity among employees is the most effective system. The ethical management standards of GC and internal reporting system operation regulations were established to define the ethical behavior of all employees. To prevent unethical behavior beyond this, we conduct ethical management education programs and promotional activities while cultivating ethics and compliance through Corruption Prevention Management System (ISO 37001) certification and regular, frequent audits.
